The Website is an online service platform which carries out sale of the following: NATIONS YOUNG INNOVATIONS, the project making competation for secondary/senior secondary students. We reserve the right to refuse service or refuse to sell the services on the Website at our sole discretion to anyone for any reason at any time.

Company decision is the final decision on judgmental and evaluation of the projects, made by students

Registration amount paid by the participants that shall not be refundable.

I / we, the Director / management/ trustee/ principal of the school / individual as a student / group of students, registering and being a participative to the nation’s young innovations project making competition event and purchasing of the Nation’s Young Innovations magazines is, as per my/our own will and wish.

Company do not disclose the evaluators for any reason till the results are out

Company does not disclose the project owners, to the evaluators till the results are announced, winners are selected by the evaluators are final

Any authority will not have any rights to discriminate the process of evaluation 

Projects submitted above the given time are eliminated from the competition

Company has the rights to display the individuals project on screen at the time of prize distribution and hold the rights to print your project in magazine, called nation young innovation magazine for public information.

Prizes owned by the competitors are non-transferable and not exchanged in cash

The competitors can be a winner/looser, shall have no rights or authority to complain on company and evaluators on their judgment and prize distribution. No legal action would be applied/ taken on company and evaluators for their decision making.

The Website does not screen or censor the users who register on and access the Website. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Website. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes without infringing the rights or restricting the use of this Website by any third party.

 

 

 4) LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE

The Owner may provide You with certain information as a result of Your use of the Website or Services. Such information may include but is not limited to, documentation, data, or information developed by the Owner, and other materials which may assist in Your use of the Website or Services ("Owner Materials"). Should these Terms of Service, or the rights granted hereunder, by assigned, sold, leased or otherwise transferred by the Owner, the rights and liabilities of the Owner will bind and inure to any assignees, administrators, successors and executors.

In such condition, the remainder of these Terms of Service shall continue in full force.

2. If cancellation is made after 2hours from the registration to the Nations Young Innovations. Your participation in the Nations Young Innovations event shall be terminated but no refund will be allotted
3. You may cancel your magazine subscription to the Nations Young Innovations maximum by 3days after the registration or subscription; in these services begin and request to receive a full refund.
